Me platico una amiga sobre el puesto, mande mi cv, luego via email se agenda la entrevista que seria una llamada de meet lo cual duro 20 minutos aproximadamente y quedaron pendientes en avisar pero no me dijeron nada
I’m honestly surprised how unprofessional the company has been from start to finish.
First of all, it took nearly two weeks to get the interview scheduled to begin with. I had to consistently reach out to the recruiter, who they kept also stringing along, promising that they’d reach out to me to schedule an interview only to never follow through with the times they said they would.
When I finally did get the interview scheduled upon arrival one of the managers was fifteen minutes late to start by bringing me back to meet the managers, to which I was told they had to find two managers to interview me. That took about another ten minutes, and the two managers were standing outside the room just talking for five minutes until they came in to conduct the interview. The interview itself felt less like a discussion on my background, experience, and skills and more of a test to see how much of a team player I was.
After I completed the interview i immediately reached out to the recruiter to withdraw my application. I knew from the start this wasn’t going to be a right fit. I hope management gets it together because they seemed extremely unorganized throughout the entire process.

Question 1
They asked one question about my previous experience and then a bunch of questions to see if I was a “team player”

Interview
I contacted a recruiter. I had a phone interview with the Recruiter. We reviewed the job details. Then, I had an in-person interview with several employees. Then, I got a job offer through my recruiter.
