It was done Online through my College placement process. I was shortlisted for the Interview after giving the test. Around 40 members were selected from 300. Interviewer was very casual and friendly. It made me comfortable.

Started the Interview with most common question "Tell me about Yourself". Then, He asked me few questions related to Business Development.
Their main focus is on Analytical skills. They focus more on manpower management and they shall put forwards question in the form of various examples to judge how efficiently u can handle manpower to make the outcome efficient.

Two candles of the same size placed in a dark room. Each candle takes 60 mins to burn completely. How can one determine that the candle has burnt from last 45 mins. U need to stop at the 45th minute.
