After interviewing with the manager, I got the impression that the interview went well in terms of communication and skills needed for the position. However, after two weeks of being on hold, they sent a rejection email without providing any feedback. HR has ghosted me for a week and hangs up the phone. Neither she nor the manager responds to my emails. This is just a request for feedback. Since I am a perfect match for the position, I am interested in knowing why I was not given the opportunity to do home assignments. As a result of my disability, I feel that I was discriminated against since I ALWAYS continued with the home assignment after a successful interview. This company's ghosting is a huge red flag. In order to understand why a candidate did not continue, he deserves to hear the reasons why he did not move forward.
