I actually applied for another job, but once I met with Fi, my recruiter, she saw another opportunity that she thought I would be a great fit for - and she was right! The entire recruiting process with Fi was stellar and one of the best processes I've been through.

I started by contacting the recruiter through Linkedin/spoke to a friend at the company who called in for me as a reference. It was a great first interview and all great at the beginning. She spoke with me about the role and we discussed the next steps of the interview process. I was incredibly excited and the recruiter told me I was going to be her first priority. I never heard from the company again. I had to call and email about 20 times before I received a generated rejection email. Terrible experience and my referee was embarrassed and has continued to apologize for the way I was ignored. However, it was on the recruiting team and no one else.
