It was a thorough and friendly process. They asked respectfully challenging questions, indicating they took it seriously and respected my time and decision process.

Checked to know I researched the company, understood the job, and asked about work and communication preferences (collaboration, problem solving).
Brief intro call to explain my experiences; they suggested a different role I may be interested and were supposed to contact me with that info but never did, pretty unprofessional but I guess that's what you can expect with a startup.
