The interview was conducted via Zoom. It was both informative and the director was very transparent concerning the challenges within both the organization and the applied to job. It was assuring to have such transparency during the virtual interview and to know the director wanted to enable me an opportunity for success by stating the current challenges.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Firstsource Solutions (Alabang) in Jul 2019

they have test for qualification. The interview is panel interview, with current managers. All questions are situational, the panel is very friendly, and technical questions are product related, and at the last part of the interview are more related in managing people in a stressful situation
