Interview
The interview process there was a pleasant experience, as the interviewer was warm and friendly from the beginning. The atmosphere felt comfortable and encouraged open discussion. Many of the questions were designed to explore the candidate’s way of thinking rather than focusing solely on technical aspects. This showed that the company values logical reasoning and problem-solving processes, not just final answers.
The interviewer makes the candidate feel welcome and at ease. The interview feels more like a conversation than an interrogation. The interviewer asks relevant questions and actively listens to the candidate's responses.
