FirstMeridian interview questions

The process is completely exhausting. 1st you have to give interview with them, then their client , then with the client of their client. Energy draining process. After completion they wanted to onboard me on client site without circulating the offer letter. After asking repeatedly about the offer letter, they are giving some or the other reasons and expecting me to join without getting the offer letter. 1st do all formalities with them, then same thing with their client, then with the client of their client. These much verification I have never done in my entire career of 9 years.

Can’t believe the level of miscommunication. I was told the role was for functional testing, but the interview was actually for automation. HR (Ms. Kajal) stopped responding after that. It seems they are not serious about candidates' time and effort.
