Short 30-minute get-to-know-you interview. First stage of the process. Asked basic questions about who you are, what you have done, why you are interested in the role, and a time you have had to work as part of a team

First stage was a screening call with HR. Next was an assessment centre with a 30 minute interview and a group assessment. Got offered the role, however after 8 months I still did not get a contract so I decided to pursue a different role.
