Firefly Mid Level Account Manager interview questions

I was interested in Firefly because of the people I've met in the field at conferences & events. The people I met in the beginning of the process were great (Engineers, VP of sales & CS manager) but then I met the CEO. He is very full of himself and had to remind me how smart he was and how incredible his company was. His questions were very basic and showed signs he had very little knowledge of GTM. This position isn't worth the very low OTE they are offering for having to deal with this CEO. People I interviewed with had left the company before I completed the hiring process.
