It’s not as difficult . They are quite reasonable in their questions. The questions are straight forward , the panel is very much interactive too. Furthermore it is imperative that you know about the company and what is currently occurring, so you can also prepare questions that you may ask.

Interview
The first interview was your basic interview. Most of the questions were off the resume in an attempt to get to know you better and how you think and operate. The second interview was an attempt to assess the candidate's fit into the company atmosphere.
