There is a very structured interview process here. I went through four different interviews for the Client Success Manager role - an initial screening, a behavioral interview, a role play scenario, and a final panel interview. The company is focused on ensuring a candidate is in alignment with the overall culture and mission, and though it took some time, I appreciate the care they take to find the right candidate and ensure that it will be a long term and mutually beneficial match.
