Interview
four rounds of interviews:
HR screening:
HR manager primarily looking for red flags such as high salary expectations or poor job record.
Hiring Manager Introduction:
Informal over lunch with questions mainly in a conversational format.
Panel of peers:
Random and varied based on interviewing experience and individual concern. I later found out the opinion was very widely spread on some answers. Overall a good way for the candidate to determine the dynamic of the team rather than Precyse decision forming.
Leadership Introduction:
Meeting with entire executive leadership. The group actively engages with all employees and there are frequent events outside of the office hosted by the CEO. My trip coincided with one of these and it was a great way to mingle with execs and potential colleagues
