FinThrive Software Engineer interview questions

Had a phone interview with the recruiter first and was excited to be contacted for a second interview with someone named Shushma. I spent the night before preparing and was ready at the video call at 9:00 am. No one ever showed up. I let the recruiter know, and she kindly got back to me and tried to schedule another interview, but I declined. After seeing other reviews, I see this is a trend for FinThrive. A healthy work structure and consideration for the time of employees are important factors for me, so this was just too big of a red flag.

Ghosted me after multiple panel interviews. Also concerning is that the company is owned by private equity and has been traded around multiple times. How much time before the next sale?
