Interview
Assessment, phone interview, in-person interview. That was the order of things that went down before getting hired. It was a pretty standard deal, not much else to say on this. Nothing too over the top.
Casual - walk and talk. The location is downtown, so we walked to a coffee shop nearby. I was interviewed by a manager that was looking to scale the company and hire double the staff at the time.
