Interview
The initial interview process has pretty basic interview questions and ask what is in your resume. Questions like tell me about yourself, strength, weaknesses, how can you contribute to the company, where do you see urself in 5 years, expected salary, and if willing to relocate. The interviewer is also nice and very well-spoken.
