      Worked In Multiple Roles Interview

      26 Apr 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Irvine, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Field AI (Irvine, CA)

      Interview

I interviewed with the company a while ago, and let me say this: you need to run! Before the interviews (several rounds of technical and behavioral and team meeting etc), they look very enthusiastic but once you start red flags appear everywhere. They are extremely disorganized, have strong attitude, rude, and unprofessional. And somewhere near the end ghost you with no feedback! I am not even sure with this level of preparation, how do they actually get the job done?? I understand they have multiple openings and recruiters might reach out to you and lure you with benefits and packages etc, but don’t take them serious at all! You can go for an interview and experience these by yourself, but I try to warn you not to be invested in them. And be prepared for lots of technical disappointments like them having poor internet and calls getting disconnected and you sitting with wrong team for technical interview or wrong position etc.
