The process was not bad, but they take a lot of time to respond. to the mails and give the decision. I had to follow up with them a lot of times to get a response.

It's already been more than 2 weeks since I was interviewed for the role of Associate Business Analyst at Fidelity Business Services (Gurgaon). I haven't heard anything from them since then nor from the consulting company (New Star Consulting) who submitted my profile to them. The interview was pretty easy and I don't think I answered even a single question wrong. The interviewer wished Good Luck for the next rounds and asked me to wait for the HR. HR had least idea about this interview process and came back after an hour saying that you shouldn't have waited as it was a mini drive and no further rounds are scheduled for the day. I asked when would I get my feedback to which she said that it would be available in next 2-3 days. Since then I have been waiting for their mail/calls. They don't even reply to the numerous mail/calls that I sent them in these 2 weeks. I took a day leave from my company amidst an important release and this is what happened. P.S. Make sure in advance how many rounds of interview are they gonna take on the 1st day.
