Thorough and comprehensive. I felt listened to and respected. Everyone I spoke to was kind and thoughtful and seemed passionate about the company. Although the interview process was lengthy, I never felt like my time was wasted.

Interview
Initial part was a telephone interview, second part was in a group, then a two person interview. It was very easy going and conversational. Standard questions like name a bad quality, what you can contribute, how you are a good fit for Fidelity, etc. They alternated questions and reviewed my resume.

When have I had to teach myself something and how did I do it? Am I willing to learn new information and what will I do if I fall behind? How do I deal with people that are less than pleasant?

Interview
Three interviews one by phone, one with HR and to take a test then interview with two people. The two people that are interviewing are a co-worker and a manager whom is pretending not to be a manager.
