Interview
Very straight forward overall
1st interview they go through your resume and one question that stood out was why Fidelity. I stated that my parent as a advisor at the company and after hereing great things the company got on my radar. I then stated the SIE series 7 and series 63 was needed for most jobs at the company and that I already started to study for the SIE (EASY). they loved that I was already studying and got a zoom link for the 2nd interview the next day.
Before my 2nd interview I had a 15min quick call with my recuiter where she gave me some advise. LISTEN TO THE ADVISE and WATCH ALL THE VIDEOS FROM THE EMAILS. The hiring director or manager defenility gives harder questions. Q " What do you do if you are dealing with an emotionally charged client" Q "What do you think you would do at this role" (testing you if you looked at the link and videos and seeing if you are bsing). I got a response back the next business day that they are giving me the green light

Start with a short phone call, then a longer phone interview then a zoom interview. Includes behavioral questions as well as specific questions about the role. Make sure you know everything that goes into your licensing exams.

Interview
You get in contact with a HR person, whose job is to coach you towards being better orientated for the actual hiring manager. She get you to sign some initial paperwork, and it is really her job to see if your qualifications meet the job description. After like 3 interviews they then send you to the hiring manager for the final review. They really want you to answer the question in the STAR method. After that you are given an offer or not.
