I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH) in Mar 2013
Interview
There were 2 phone interviews, then an onsite. The phone interviews were the hardest. Took about 40 minutes. The majority of the questions were introspective and anecdotal. So be prepared to think on your feet and provide answers that may be subjective but cater the the emotional quotient of the interviewer, because very few of the questions have a tangible right answer.

Interview
They put 2 managers to almost set up interview interrogation style. Goal is for them to play good cop-bad cop and to test your honesty and integrity since you would be working in a company that handles thousands of social security numbers.
