I had an interview in November with Fidelity those were the main questions:
Competency Interview, Questions: Why Fidelity? Why Buy Side? Tell me more about your Leadership Skills.
If you had one billion dollar where would you invest them? A problem that you had to solve in a team
Review all those questions and you should do fine

Multiple rounds, asked me about stocks I liked/disliked why, had to do a few analytical tests with SEC filings and meet employees at multiple levels. Think it was three rounds.

Applied through a campus career center in the August of 2017. After 2 weeks was invited for a video interview. Interview process consists of two stages: 1. video interview 2. Super day at Fidelity's headquarters in Boston. They hire 5-7 analysts for equity research.
