Interview
Applied through college campus.
There were 4 rounds in total.
1. Aptitude test
2. Technical interview

1. Aptitude test
Two sections, quant and verbal. Verbal is pretty easy. Quant is tough since there is less time and questions are tricky.
2. Technical Interview
Since I chose data engineering field, I was asked questions related to data bases and data mining. The questions were to judge your approach rather than bookish knowledge.
3. Behavioral Round
I assumed it was the HR round. There were two interviewers who asked me questions on how to solve conflicts within a team. Long term and short term goals. About projects, and why Fidelity.
They also asked me about share market and mutual fund.
4. HR Round
Typical HR questions. I was also asked if I will work for odd hours or for some other field that i belong to. I was also asked what was my expectations from the company.
After this, I had to wait for 3 hours till all the candidates finished their process and then results were announced.

3 rounds of interview
1. Technical round-SQL queries, Normalization, Software Development Life Cycle,Schema,Difference between logical and conceptual schema,Types of data.
2. Behavioural round- Puzzles, soft skills as mentioned in resume, where do you see yourself 5 years from now, etc.
3. HR- Why Fidelity? what it does and what do you know about Fidelity? Location preferences, hobbies, etc.

Interview
First round of process was aptitude.Which 20 quant in 30 minutes and 10 technical in 20 minutes.This was easy.Next they shortlisted 80 students and call only 50 for next round and remaining 30 in waiting list.Second round was technical interview.There were 3 technical interviews.Next was HR round and then personal interview.
