The process involved multiple interviews. The first interview happens once you resume has been accepted by HR and they show interest in you. They will email you expressing their interest and request a phone interview with the HR team. This interview is simple behavioral questions, but is extremely important because this HR representative will be you advocate throughout the entire process. The rep will contact the company extending you resume and how you presented yourself in your interview. About three weeks after that managers will begin to set up technical interviews to place you in their business unit. There are an unlimited number of interviews that can be set up by different managers.
