Had a screening interview that had some behavioral questions (Tell me a time when you handled muiltiple deadlines-Tell me a time you helped resolve an issue with a customer/client). Then I had a quick credit check conducted. Once that got appproved (1-3 business days) I got another 'final phone call' that was to help prep me for the final interview. I was told to prep for STAR based questions,
The final interview was virtual and was with one other person. Super conversational. She went over more about the role and asked some behavioral questions similar to the intial phone call. It was about a 30 min phone call, they do most of the talking. Nothing to get caught off guard about. The next day I got the phone call about sending over an offer.
Super chill experience. Just have your behavioral questions mapped out, as you always should.
