The first interview went very well, but already the part of the psycho-technical test is a shame.
I knew what kind it was because I had consulted Glassdoor previously, and how right the comments were: it is a test of language, numerical, and spatial in which the latter two have nothing to do with the position. 11/12 very complex questions for 16/22 minutes, so if you are dyslexic or not much interested in the position do not even try, it is not worth entering that ridiculous game.

Primera entrevista ok. Después un test psicotécnico ok y por último otra entrevista con alguien del equipo; en total 3 horas. Para que al final te manden el mensaje automático de linkedin de “hemos decidido no seguir con el proceso”. Me parece una vergüenza y una falta de respeto y profesionalidad. Un mínimo después de haber dedicado tanto tiempo, una respuesta del recruiter o del jefe de equipo con algo de feedback. nada, ni eso. Lo primero que voy a hacer es desinstalar la app y no usarla nunca más en la vida
