I met with a recruiter weho was wonderful. Her name was Nimah. We did 30 minutes and just went through some general questions. But then came the Mettl test.
In my opinion, it was somewhat hard. Not terrible but definitely still a challenge. (Obviously worse than I thought because I must have failed)
On the final question I had 5 seconds left, I selected my answer and I knew it was correct, however I could not find the submit button, so I assume it gave me a 0, however I am not 100% sure.
Finally, the absolute best sales people in this country, whom I know personally, would probably fail that test. Some sections definitely make sense for sales though. Although, it all depends on how they grade it, and interpret it, and what they are trying to see from it.
If it is a simple "we only take people who scare a grade of B or higher”...then Fever is missing out on some of the top sales people in the world.
Sales is a completely different ball game, it's a personality as well as a skill. It's a mentality and a craft that you CANNOT test for really.
