Question 1
¿Cómo organizarías el carrousell de la aplicación?
Contacted first with email. Then, a Phone interview. nothing special needed. Presented and explained the company. General information of the company and the job position. All in english. Not very difficult.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fever (Madrid) in Sept 2022
Interview
First had an interview with 2 HR representatives.
This was the usual general meeting.
Then I was sent several tests to undetake:
- A creative task (that consisted of: 3 IG ads proposals, both copy and visual; a newsletter mockup + 3 copy proposals; a 15' youtube ad script + storyboard; 4 content creators campaign proposal)
- IQ test (logic, verbal and mathematical reasoning)
The tasks were not overly hard, but were quite time consuming and I was asked to deliver within 2 days.
An interview with the dept. manager, which was again pretty general. This was my last stop, I can say they were pleasant even if an offer didn't arrive, I'm just disappointed that didn't get any rejection feedback but just a generic copypasted "we decided not to move forward" - I spent over 10 hours on this selection, at least I could expect 2-3 lines written specifically for me.
