I would say this company does not know what they are looking for, and has minimal experience in the professional world. I applied to this position and not even an hour later received a macro response from an employee at fellow with misspelled words, incorrect punctuation and overall NO TONE. I have over 10 years experience in the customer experience realm and can tell you from this email alone that these people have no idea what they are doing and cannot pay for quality care. I also read on their Facebook they do not pay their sales people and they are commission only I would steer very far away from this company.
