In person meeting at the office. Very easy-going, but direct with what was expected of the position. Easier with a personal reference. The process included the delineation of reception duty, calling about orders, and directions to client's apartments and apointment times.

Really nice and welcoming , they just want to know where your at with experience and how you would fit in to the role with this small design team . You work with the same people everyday and get to know them really well so they value being a team player more than anything else
