Phone screen with a recruiter, then a technical phone screen a week or so later. The technical screen was for the most part a straightforward test of fluency in React, CSS and other frontend concepts. A week or so after the phone screen, the onsite was scheduled for 2.5 hours. One technical interview, one product designer interview, one with the head of engineering, then the head of product. The technical interview focused on experience with relevant technologies and some time for a coding problem. The product design interview focused on how I'd work with a designer. The HoE and HoP interviews were more conversational and allowed for some back and forth. Received a call back 5 days after the interview with a rejection. No feedback.
