Interview
Had a great conversation with a requiter about an open marketing position at the Favor headquarters. My background feel right in line with the job requirements and responsibilities. She scheduled an interview with one of the co-founders.
I could tell he had not reviewed my resume and he was unable to answer my questions on the current state/process of their marketing process... I was relieved when I was passed over for the position (for someone with less experience).

Tell me how you would design/create an implement a marketing campaign that would reengage users....
I applied and got a response from a recruiter 3 weeks later asking to set up an initial phone interview. We nailed down a date and time via email and I was prepped and ready for her call when the time came. Nothing -- no text, no email, no call. I emailed about 15 mins after our scheduled time and again the following week about rescheduling. COMPLETE RADIO SILENCE.
