I was contacted on LinkedIn about a contract role with Fathom by their internal recruiter. I had a telephone call with her and then arranged an in person interview via email, unfortunately the time for this interview was not confirmed but they were still expecting me. Fortunately we arranged a second time which was confirmed this time so I did attend. When I arrived I was kept waiting for around 15 minutes as they were running late. I was interviewed by a developer who asked me technical questions about React and React Native. After the interview I was briefly shown around their office and sent on my way. I never received any feedback from Fathom which is totally unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
