Came in through Signature Consulting. Started with a phone interview Next was a brutal technical interview. Hardest I've ever had. 3 hours of being grilled on coding examples, riddles, technical and abstract questions. Then was the managment interview. Met the CTO and senior developers as well as my future boss. Finally they had what they called a culture interview. I met with 4 or five people from diferent areas of the company (marketing, finance, etc) and just chatted about random get to know you stuff.
