I was referred to the position by the person who was formerly in the role. I was immediately reached out to by the recruiter, Michelle Allen, who setup the calls to chat with the hiring manager and the CFO. I thought the call with the hiring manager (the one who referred me to the role) went great! I was then onto the 3rd round of interviews with the new CFO Raphaela. Unfortunately, there was almost no communication between the recruiter and the CFO, because when we finally had our call after 2 reschedules, she had no idea what role I was interviewing for and was too busy eating lunch to focus on the interview. After that phone call I was completely ghosted by Michelle and the hiring manager without so much as a "thank you for your time." Even after sending a follow-up email to inquire about the status of the role, I get no response. This is now the 3rd time I've interviewed with Fanatics either to be completely ghosted, or turned down because the role was eliminated. Needless to say, I think I'm done applying for this company. 0/10 for professionalism.
