Interview
The initial interview was 30 minutes by phone. The interview dealt with culture and wasnt technical. The second phone interview was technical at a high level. I then received a call from the recruiter for an in person interview. This interview was very difficult and was a 3 hour interview. It started off with interviews by engineers and administrators. Then it was followed by an interview with the director and finally the CIO/IT President.

Explain the virtual environment and fail-over systems of a compelant system. Additionally, they threw in some trick question on RAID.

Recruiter reached out for a screening. Asked a few technical questions, was told I was moving on to the next round. A few days later was told that wasn’t going to happen.
