15 minute 1-on-1 online interview. The interview has pretty standard questions (tell me about yourself, what's good costumer service for you) and overall a relaxed vibe. It was my first interview ever in retail so I didn't know how to answer and didn't get an offer, but the questions were easy enough.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Factorie (City of Parramatta) in Oct 2019

Group interview, very fun and interactive. The employers were bubbly and a very chilled atmosphere. Entered the room and got into groups of ten, discussed different questions and completed activities.

Interview
It was a group interview, there was around 10 of us but overall, 100 people were being interviewed so it was very competitive. They asked us a few questions about the company, then put us into pairs and we had to sell our partner to them. After, we were placed into groups and were told to sell our outfits.
