The interview process with FWD Group Management Holding for the Software Development Engineer position was thorough and insightful. It began with an initial screening call where we discussed my resume and general background. This was followed by a technical assessment that tested my coding skills and problem-solving abilities through a series of challenges. After passing this stage, I was invited to a series of virtual interviews with senior members of the development team and HR. These sessions were designed to evaluate my technical knowledge further, as well as my fit within the team and company culture. The questions ranged from specific technical scenarios to hypothetical problem-solving situations. The entire process was well-organized, and communication was clear and frequent, making it a positive experience overall.
