The interview process was fine, but I believe AI sifting was used to review the video interview round . I understand why they do this but it is frustrating to deal with.

I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at FTI Consulting (Riyadh) in Sept 2023
Interview
It was a bit long.
I had an interview and a verbal offer from the department director, but it didn't go through, for some reason.
The director was nice though
In person and technicals. First round was quantitative skills and indictive reasoning etc. the staff was very helpful throughout the process.
Later on there was a final round with the head and it was very conversational and natural.

Difficult client, integrity, and other common behaviorals
Initial call followed by in-person assessment centre. The whole process took around 3 weeks which was quite efficient. No group interview for the assessment centre and questions were mainly case study based.
