The first round for the consulting analyst position is a HireVue (online one way interview)
The prompts are basic questions like why FTI Consulting, why consulting, tell me about yourself, etc.
The pre interview process was clean, simple and straightforward. I got sent a link to answer two questions in order to see if I was a good fit for the company.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FTI Consulting (New York, NY) in Sept 2022
Interview
Hireview, two behaviorals, and then a 3 interview superday with a case. The interview process was not bad, people were nice. Just make sure you know exactly the group you are applying for before the final interview because that is how they will decide on the technical quesitons.
