Pre-recorded video interview where you answer two questions, and then live interview with a manager who asks you about your qualities and experience. The pre recorded interview asked questions with a timer of less than one minute and make sure that you have stable wifi
The 1st round was behavioral and it was done on campus by the senior consultant, the 2nd round there was 1 case and 2 behavioral interviews at the headquarters with team members .The case was very basic.
Three phone interviews were held initially after about two weeks of applying. The next round of interviews were at the office with a lunch and were another two weeks after that.
