Interview
Interview process consisted of a HireVue type interview followed by an online test/assessment and concluded with a Zoom Interview with two directors. Interview process overall was quite simple and straightforward with a huge emphasis on behavioral fit. Especially, within Dubai don't think the interviews are hard at all.

I saw that you have past experiences in Software Investing, could you tell me about IFRS-15 and how we'd account for it?

Interview
Two rounds, behavioral and technical, one at the college on-campus and then another a week later at the NYC office. There was also a 4 hour pre-interview dinner in NYC that was really fun.
