Interview
For Strategic Communications segment. One HR screen. A couple of interviews. Then Intern Super Day. Then a decision. Apply early in the fall for a summer internship. Questions were relatively straightforward, with different teams expecting different experiences. Previous internships help if it’s an internship after your junior year and your looking to get a job offer after.

Why do you want to join FTI? What do you know about FTI? Are you a good writer? Can you manage fast paced situations?
It was a recorded video interview. They gave you two tries for each question. There were 3 questions in total. you have a minute to think about each question before answering.

Interview
Both personal and practical, undertaking a case study for 15 minutes and answering simple interview questions for the other 15. You do this round twice with two different managers before progressing.

I submitted my resume online, received an interview invitation via email, and the interview and communication were conducted online and via email, no in-person interview took place and that is all.
