Went through multiple rounds of interviews for a senior role over the course of several weeks. The process moved quickly at first and the conversations were professional and engaging. However, after the final round of interviews, the recruiter went completely silent. No rejection, no follow-up, no closure despite reaching out multiple times. Very disappointing and unprofessional way to end what had been a promising process.

Lovely delivery team - offices seemed sleek. In-house recruiter was obstructive and not on the same page as the hiring managers, so I withdrew. I would recommend streamlining this in the future to keep good people engaged.
