I was referred by a recruiter. First I was welcomed by the recruiter proceeded to meet with her in the office for about 15 minutes. After debriefing with her, she introduced me to the owner and CEO, Todd. Both the CEO and recruiter stayed in the office for the entirety of the interview. It was such a POSITIVE experience! The CEO explained the two positions, how the company can to be and what his hopes are for the company’s future/these positions. Overall it was a very good meeting and felt more like a conversation in a professional setting. I received a call for a second interview that will take place tomorrow. My first impression: The office was very professional, plenty of parking and in a great location. They are a paperless environment. Todd, the CEO, was professionally dressed in a fitted suit and had a strong handshake. He mentioned that he wanted some to take charge and was not a micromanager. I’m excited to see if I’m able to call this company my next career home!
