Long, Unclear Interview Process with No Transparency I interviewed with Flyr for nearly two months, completing 4-5 rounds with several interviewers. The process initially seemed organized, but the communication quickly became inconsistent. After each round, I was told the process was continuing, only to later learn that the position had already been offered to another candidate while my interviews were still ongoing. Even after the final round, I was told to wait two more weeks because they were “trying to open a similar position,” but that never materialized. Eventually, the received a vague email saying there was still no clarity and wished me luck in my search. Overall, it felt like a lack of internal alignment and transparency. I understand processes can shift, but candidates deserve timely communication and honesty about their status. Pros: Professional interviewers, interesting product discussion. Cons: Poor communication, lack of transparency, slow and disorganized hiring process
