FLASH Project Manager interview questions

Two interviews, one with HR and the other with Product team. Both interview were modest in difficulty. My issue however comes from the fact that after the second interview I was sent an email EXPLICITLY telling me that I was chosen for the final interview round. Then, as scheduling was trying to be figured out, they pivoted and said there was "adjustment" in the role hiring process and would follow up with me. That was 4 weeks ago, not a peep from them since. They essentially ghosted me, which is pretty un professional and disingenuous. Your company needs to have some temerity in actually informing candidates who invested considerable time into the interview process of where they actually stand. I hope the person you basically ghosted me for ghosts you as well.
