It is very important to be open because you might actually be better suited to another role, and get it through a transparent process rather than making things out to be bigger than they are.

Well conducted and insightful. One needs to be well versed technically to the products they offer customers. The process is open and pleasant. Communication is direct and open. Offer letters are good as first job.
