FIS Sales Operations Manager interview questions

I interviewed for a sales ops manager role for the FIS new venture team based in Denver. The interview itself was easy and I wasn’t sure it was a fit (role felt junior and comp was lower than my target). However, the team GHOSTED me and never told me whether or not I would move on to the next stage. I even followed up 2 weeks after my interview to ask the manager if he had made a decision, and was just told that they would let me know the following week.
