Recruiter contacted me after filing my application, sent me a link for scheduling a 20-30 mins screening interview (typical interview about reviewing your tech stack and work experience, nothing crazy). She said I would receive an answer from the hiring manager within 1-2 business days but got no response, not even an automatic email. Sent a couple follow up emails (one two days after the interview and the next one 1 week after) and got no response, totally ghosted. Very poor experience.

There was 2 Technical and followed by managerial round , both the technical rounds are challenging as they were asked easy to hard/tricky questions and most importantly at the last interviewer spent 5 mins on which i was impressive and which topics i need to work on . Again in manager round checked knowledge on problem solving , attitude and how much i am exploring myself to become suitable for SDET rather than conventional tester mindset
